Continuation of Results after the Project
JMC EECL results have been incorporated into regular teaching, clinical legal education and continuing judicial training.
A proposal for a modernised curriculum was adopted in December 2025, followed by the Teaching Plan for the 2026/2027 academic year in June 2026. Delivery of the new and modernised content is planned from 1 October 2026, while the formal status of individual courses remains subject to the outcome of the accreditation process.
The Readers, case studies and digital materials remain a foundation for continued teaching and regular updating. The Environmental Law Clinic and E-L-C Hub continue to connect students, alumni, institutions and legal practitioners, while cooperation with the Judicial Academy and the OSCE Mission to Serbia supports continued use of the materials in professional training.
Environmental Law in Practice, Environmental Law and Human Rights, Digital Skills for Lawyers – Legal Tech and Nuclear Law represent institutional follow-up to experience developed during the project. They are presented as the next stage in curriculum development, not as outputs retrospectively attributed to the original project work programme.
