The three-year programme connected teaching, research, professional cooperation and the dissemination of European environmental and climate change law.
Fifteen teaching activities were delivered during the 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic years at bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. The Chair holder delivered 588 teaching hours, while six members of the teaching team delivered a further 160 hours, for a total of 748 teaching hours.
Readers in Environmental Law and Climate Change Law were developed together with presentations, case studies, research assignments and materials for practical work. Five events envisaged in the project work programme connected academia with the judiciary, public administration, civil society and the business community.
During the project period, members of the teaching team published works addressing climate justice, human rights and the environment, implementation of the Aarhus Convention and corporate emissions-reduction policies. In addition to project activities, the website presents partner activities, professional engagements and external recognition directly connected with JMC EECL teaching, research or institutional sustainability.
